These terms govern your use of Truebe, a product of Foodbe LLC ("we," "us"). By installing the plugin or connecting a Truebe account, you agree to them.
Truebe is a WordPress plugin that reads documents you upload, drafts question-and-answer pairs using your own AI provider account, and lets you review and approve answers before they are shown to visitors. The plugin runs on your own WordPress server.
You supply your own API key from an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic). Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms, and the provider bills you directly for usage. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for any charges your provider makes.
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the answers you approve, and the way you use the chatbot on your site. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload. Do not upload documents containing private, personal, or confidential information you are not authorized to process.
Some features require a paid Truebe subscription. Fees, limits, and what each plan includes are described at the time of purchase. We may change plans and pricing going forward; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.
Truebe is a tool that helps you control what your chatbot says by requiring human approval before any answer is shown. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee that your use of it meets any law or regulation. You are responsible for reviewing every answer you approve and for your own legal and regulatory obligations.
The plugin and service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Foodbe LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Truebe, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Truebe and deactivate the plugin at any time. We may suspend or end a Truebe account that violates these terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
